Stripe Billing Configuration Important

Configure your Stripe account to automatically manage failed payments and remove non-paying members

Required Configuration

Set up automatic retry and subscription cancellation for failed payments

Go to Stripe Dashboard → Settings → Billing → Subscriptions

Configure "Manage failed payments"

Set retry attempts to 4 times within 1 week

Set subscription status to "Cancel the subscription"

This ensures non-paying members are automatically removed from your Telegram channel

How it works

When a payment fails, Stripe will retry up to 4 times over 1 week. If all retries fail, the subscription is cancelled and the member is automatically removed from your Telegram channel.
